FAQs
These are typical questions I get (including sometimes - “But Meg, what do you do?”)
My services aren’t limited to one field. In a way, it’s how to do life. I’m writing a book called Disentanglement at the moment that explains a bit more; but I have a saying - Humans; we’re bigger on the inside. We often look for resolution to complexity; I offer time to explore, mull, noodle, think.
Understanding our services:
-
Coaching works on the assumption that humans are full of potential and that people often hold the answers to blocks, barriers, frustrations, challenges themselves. It’s dedicated time to explore challenges, barriers, goal fulfillment in the presence of a coach. I assume you know more than you give yourself credit for and listen, prompt, challenge and focus on you doing the thinking. Not always, but often set in a work context.
I do this with individuals and groups.
-
Supervision is a space to explore and reflect on your practice as a coach, a therapist, a people leader, or others working in helping professions. People bring ethical dilemmas and the supervisor helps you look at your work systemically, surface patterns and entanglements. I call it Disentanglement work. I do this with individuals and groups.

Nancy Kline determined a way of being with other people that enables them to think for themselves, with rigour, grace and appreciation. The Thinking Environment identifies ten components that treat people well to enable them to ignite new thinking and to do their best independent thinking. I train the application of these components and other findings for facilitators and for coaches. Both programmes are relevant for anyone who is interested in strengthening their ability to give attention.

Yes, let’s do that! We can have a no obligation 30 minute call to say hello.
-
I trained in Supervision during 2024 and 2025, and am integrating my OD knowledge and experience into my supervision and coaching practice. All my work can be bespoke, so yes please, get in contact and if I can’t provide what you need, I have a colleague who works with culture and design.
I do offer mentoring in OD for internal/external practitioners and L&D practitioners that want to know more about OD through the supervision route.
