We're working in a rapidly changing and unpredictable world. More than ever trust and the relational aspects of work matter; build time for people to do their best thinking, pay attention to relationships and energised and vibrant workplaces will emerge.
Through coaching and mentoring I invite people to explore their mind-set, attitudes and beliefs so they can hear any self-limiting assumptions they have internalised. I offer a variety of frameworks and toolkits that coachees can practically apply to increase their influence and effectiveness. I have trained as a Thinking Environment coach with Nancy Kline, and my coaching focus is to create an environment for people to think for themselves.
I work to create the conditions that enable people to have the conversations that are needed but that are sometimes difficult to start. Trust is fundamental to building effective relationships, and from trust comes truth. When people are able to be honest about their needs, thoughts and ideas - creating shared purpose and strengthening connections becomes easy.
I describe organisations as complex social systems requiring us to constantly adapt. Creating the cultural conditions for people and teams to be energised enables organisations to adapt and thrive. I work systemically using conversation as a core business process, building internal capability to make sense of culture - raising aspirations to grow high performing cultures.
